After evaluating your overall wellness by means of a wellness inventory, a comprehensive wellness plan is prepared for you. Ongoing coaching will:

Individual kitchen coaching:

If you want to improve your diet and change any unhealthy eating habits, coaching can be given in how to shop for nutritious ingredients and prepare healthy, wholesome meals.

Group coaching:

If you have one or two friends who are also interested in improving their wellness and/or learning how to nourish their bodies with healthy foods, group coaching is a cost-effective way to gain valuable knowledge, with the added bonus of support and encouragement from others in the group.

Educational seminars, workshops and presentations:

If you would like to learn more about the dimensions of wellness we can conduct presentations of varying lengths, ranging from a 1-hour Introduction to Wellness to a 6-week course encompassing everything you should know in order to ensure a long and healthy life.

Lunch and Learn seminars:

For companies and organisations which recognise the importance of the wellness of their employees, we offer Lunch and Learn Seminars which are held during staff lunch breaks. These seminars provide staff with a snapshot of the various ways they can take responsibility for their own wellness. You can choose from a number of topic/s which ones suit your organisation’s unique needs.
