Health 4 Keeps

About Us

Health 4 Keeps Principal, Sue Johnston, is a wellness leader with a background in adult education. She taught for over 20 years in TAFE NSW, and more recently has worked in the health and health IT fields.

Sue has a passion for health and wellbeing and has maintained a lifelong habit of nutritious eating and physical exercise. However after a life-threatening illness Sue began a healing journey during which she learned that wellness encompasses more than just physical health.

Sue has established Health 4 Keeps as a means to help others overcome health challenges and be truly well.

She has added Wellness Leadership and Diet and Nutrition qualifications to her skill base and is continually investigating the latest research into the various aspects of wellness.

Sue "practices what she preaches" and keeps physically active, as well as growing her own organic vegetables, which she uses to prepare delicious, nutritious meals. She is also a keen advocate of looking after the environment, leaving a minimal carbon footprint, and reducing the use of chemicals in day-to-day life.

Sue's passion for education and health will inspire you to embark on a wellness path that will ensure you live a healthy and full life.

Not only does she have the knowledge and expertise to help you, she also has the empathy, patience and understanding to work with you in achieving your wellness goals.

Sue's philosophy is that every aspect of life improves when you are functioning with peak wellness.

Sue doesn’t believe in gimmicks, quick fixes, magic pills or a "one size fits all" approach. Changing lifelong unhealthy habits might not be easy, but it is the only true way to total wellness.

Every change that takes place in your life begins with you.
